4-1 Anti-oxidized Lead-free Wave Soldering Bar

Based on the low slag type solder composition and the advanced casting process, The limitation of molten temperature rises to about 400℃ by the addition of special antionxidant. The liquid solder suerface is very bright and like a mirrror. WIth this solder, bright and beautiful solder joints can be obtained, meanwhile the slag is much lower than the ordinary products, which can reduce the rate of failure in solder Joints and production costs.

4-2 High purity lead-free wave soldering bar

With the high-purity （99.99%) Sn as raw material and strict control of impurity content below 100ppm, the products meet the requirements of RoHS directive.

4-3 Extinction and Anti-oxidated Type Wave Soldering Bar

By extinction technology according to the user's requirements , the solder joints is matt after soldering, We can reduce the reflected light by the solder surface in the testing. It can protect the eyes of inspectors and increase the speed of test to ensure test quality.

In wave soldering, the composition of solder should be periodically measured in boiler, because the tin content will get low ,meanwhile the content of copper and lead increase. In order to reduce product costs, right amount of high purity series soldering bar or antioxidized alloys should be added when the content of copper or lead is close to the standard.
